Here is K's 1st grade photos. She sure is growing up faster than we ever thought.

So I was up all night with a whiny, grumpy little man. When we got up for school, I noticed Cohen was not looking too good and clearly had a fever. I took him to the doctor and was told he has strep. This is his 4th time this year and it sucks. It is very hard for him to not eat and drink after us as well as buying a new toothbrush and washing/cleaning everything. So I got his medicine and we went to get breakfast where he did not eat a thing. Then I let him choose a few movies to rent since he needed to lay and rest all day. Well, while I was cleaning, he continued to mope around and tell me that he and nails in the back of his mouth(poor thing). I began to clean and before I knew it, he was asleep in a random spot on the floor. These pics show how miserable he felt today. I hope he feels better tomorrow so that we are not stuck inside when it is so pretty outside. I have also noticed that when he gets sick, it is always on the weekend; what bad timing.

Here are two fun pics of the kids and i taking our own pictures:)

So in celebration of Cinco, our friends asked us to go to the dance down at the Cinco De Mayo celebration in San Marcos. It was a lot of fun. We are getting pretty good at tejano and cumbia dancing. Shaun especially likes it, however, I now understand why a lot of hispanics have tiny legs; their dancing wears you out and you never know when their songs are going to end. I swear most of the songs were 10+ minutes long. Los Desperadoes played which also played at David and Annie's wedding. They were great even if we could not tell what they were saying. So I took a few pictures of our good ole pals after the dance while we were waiting in a Wendy's drive through at 2 in the morning. Shaun and I have decided we can only go out like we used to about once a month. We are so getting old.
